Your current order is shown here. At any time in the order process you can click here to make changes - add quantities, delete items, whatever. Make sure you click on the "update cart"
button to update your order after you make changes. Then you can hit the "back arrow" on your browser (or choose our Advanced Search option to look up additional parts) to add to your order. When your're satisfied with the order, click on the "Checkout" button.
Once the checkout process is completed your order is confirmed and automatically entered into our system and an email with the order details will be sent to you. At this point you cannot make any changes to this order. If any changes
are necessary contact Customer Service at 1-888-666-8616.
ALTERNATIVE: start your order, but get interrupted? choose the save cart feature and come back to it later. Your order isn't processed until you've completed checkout. We'll allow you 7 days to finalize your online order. Simply login later,
choose "saved carts" feature, and continue with the order.

| ORDER TRACKING |
Click on "Order Status" under Services to track all orders, whether they were placed online, by phone or fax
(available only after you've logged in to the site). You can narrow your search to show only backorders, shipped orders or all orders in our system. You can also track RMA's. We've linked the tracking number on all shipments to the
carrier used to ship the order, so that you are able to check with the carrier directly on the delivery status of your order.

Changes to your billing address can be made by contacting Customer Service. We've also given you the option to view
your account statement...call us to set up additional logins for bookkeeping/accounting staff. |
